At Bright Code Labz, transparency is central to the way we operate. This statement explains how we build trust, communicate openly, and ensure accountability in everything we create.
1. Openness of Development
We communicate clearly about the state of our projects, including what is in active development, what is experimental, and what is being retired. Beta features are always labelled as such.
2. Honesty About Limitations
No system is perfect. We are upfront about limitations in our technology and provide disclaimers where experimental tools may not work reliably.
3. Accountability
We take responsibility for our products and aim to resolve issues quickly. We listen to community feedback and use it to improve the quality and accessibility of our services.
4. Data Transparency
We explain clearly what data we collect (if any), how it is used, and never mislead users about privacy or security practices. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Financial Integrity
Any partnerships, sponsorships, or funding relationships will be disclosed where relevant. We will not accept support that compromises our independence or ethics.
