These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bright Code Labz websites, downloads, and services. By accessing or using our site or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Versioning
We review these Terms monthly. Updates will be posted here and prior versions will remain archived for reference.
2. Scope of Services
Bright Code Labz provides creative technology projects, apps, and experimental tools. User interaction on the site is limited to the AI Beta page. Downloads include their own licence agreements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to hack, disrupt, or use them for unlawful purposes. Uploaded content (if applicable) must respect intellectual property rights.
4. Availability & Updates
Some apps and programs may be unavailable at times due to ongoing updates and improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5. Liability
Services are provided “as is.” Bright Code Labz is not liable for any damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by use of our services or downloads.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
