Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: 28 September 2025
At Bright Code Labz, accessibility is a core principle. We are committed to ensuring that our websites, apps, and digital products are accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is built into our design and development processes from the start, not added afterwards.
2. Features & Practices
- Consistent use of clear headings and semantic HTML.
- Alt text provided for meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigability across our pages and tools.
- High-contrast colour schemes for text and backgrounds.
- Screen-reader friendly labels for forms and navigation.
3. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly test our content with accessibility tools and gather feedback from users to improve usability.
4. Known Limitations
Some experimental features (such as Beta projects or downloadable prototypes) may not yet be fully accessible. We clearly mark these as experimental and are working to improve them over time.
5. Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter barriers or issues, please let us know at: bcl.sussex@gmail.com.
