Getting Started
Start here if you're new to the dashboard or downloads.
How do I sign in?
Click Login / Register on the website. Enter your email and password to access your dashboard, downloads, and support area.
How do I change my display name?
Go to My Account inside the dashboard. Edit your display name and click Save account changes. Your greeting will update instantly.
Where are my downloads?
Inside the dashboard, click My Downloads. Everything you've downloaded from Bright Code Labz is listed there, including tools, apps, and installers.
What if I pick the wrong OS?
On the main site’s Downloads page, select your correct platform: iPhone, Android, Windows, or Mac. The system filters options for compatibility.
How do I raise a support ticket?
Go to Support Tickets inside the dashboard. Fill in the subject, category, priority, and description. Click Submit new ticket.
How do I reply to support?
Click any ticket row to open the conversation. Type your message at the bottom and click Send reply.
Where do I find my billing details?
Inside the dashboard, open Payments & Subscriptions. You’ll see your plan, renewal date, payment method, and history.
How do I update my payment card?
Click Open billing portal. You’ll be taken to our secure billing system where you can change card details safely.
Is the dashboard accessible?
Yes. We support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and improved focus visibility. Accessibility is a priority for BCL products.
