The new real-time ticket backend is now fully operational — including threaded conversations, customer ↔ staff messaging, and dashboard integration. BCL customers can now submit tickets and receive help faster than ever.

The user dashboard now includes OS-specific download filtering, a rebuilt account area, payments section, and improved accessibility features across all components.

Behind the scenes, work on BrightOS packaging and distribution format has begun. The OS tiles inside the downloads area are now active and ready for multi-platform installers.

Several components of the BCL assistant and AI infrastructure are now in prototyping, including offline models, speech integration, and extended learning behaviour.
