The new real-time ticket backend is now fully operational — including threaded conversations,
customer ↔ staff messaging, and dashboard integration. BCL customers can now submit tickets
and receive help faster than ever.

payments section, and improved accessibility features across all components.
BrightOS Installer Preparation Begins

Behind the scenes, work on BrightOS packaging and distribution format has begun. The OS tiles
inside the downloads area are now active and ready for multi-platform installers.
BCL AI Research & Prototyping
